The book of the fjords

Today the Francesconi's went to a canoeing spot in the Fyksesund Fjord. We got into two groups - the three boys in one canoe and the two girls in the other canoe. We ventured off into the fjord with no point to finish at with Beth starting her 99 bottles of beer on the wall chant. The family got to a point and the females drifted off while the boys started the trip back. The females after heading forward a bit went back to meet the males. When mom caught up with the boys she was said that she hadn't finished her book, my mom compared the half made voyage to not finishing the last chapters of a book. She made us finish the book by paddling to the end of the fjord.  At the end of the day we finished the two plus mile canoe ride and celebrated with Nordish treat known as the softie from the Esso gas station. Softies are soft serve ice creams dipped in mixings. I loved those softies but I still want my Pringles.
